Termen: a player character race for 5e. Not your daddy's Dromites!

First Post
I just got back into gaming as my NPCs...err...children have grown old enough to play. I study termites for a living and decided we needed a solid, playable, insect race.

Here is the result:

I have attempted to blend the real biology of these insects with fantasy elements. So far I just provide an overview as introduction. I will be posting more complete descriptions of each terman-specific class and other bits of information to provide flavor.

I post this here for two reasons. First to share this race and see if there is any interest in my posting more information, and second to get feedback and learn how others will work them into campaigns.

"Temptation of wood. Your culture dictates that you may not own items made of wood unless covered in metal or leather. It is just too hard to keep from nibbling on them. If you must use a wooden item, you must save vs constitution once a day. "

I think you should make it explicit what hsppens on a failed save; if it's nibbling, is it just fluff or is there crunch (pun intended)?

I had in mind that the item would be rendered useless, and since these are Termen, even if it is magical. Thus an axe becomes a metal axe head, and a magic want is simply eaten whole.
