I think i've got it figured out!(My New Dragon!)

If you haven't please read my other thread (just the topic post) here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showth...e-plan-my-adventure!-Dragons-are-too-powerful!

I think I figured out how to have both a cool, non-lame dragon encounter and PC's that survive it in a relatively low level setting! My own Dragon Subrace! (Weeeeeee!)
Enter the mist dragon, a magic-wielding dragon, a master of stealth and disguise. What it lacks in raw physical power, it more than makes up for in versatility and strategy.
If you want to see it's stat block, here it is: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_OMmhnuydgbQE5MVak8rF3Ri1rcKi5ZQKp0oLsLMCSg/edit?usp=sharing
My plan is, since my type of dragon more relies on skill and strategy to defeat than pure levels, (Basically letting my players work smart without the ability to work super hard because of their low level) I think I can do what I want with my campaign.
Please comment below answering my two questions:
Question One: Do you like my stat block? =)
Question Two: Do kobolds usually share the scale color of the dragon that they are in service of? Because I don't know if I should create a mist subrace of kobolds or just leave it be.
Thanks for your feedback, enworld!:)

All my things are suggestions, so take them with a grain of salt.

1. Change the claw dash to a normal dragon Multiattack action of Bite and 2 Claw attacks. The dragon already has plenty of movement that it can spend between attacks.
2. Change the attacks to be +7 (STR + Prof) to hit, with the bite being 2d6+4 instead of 3d4+4 (usually large creature = 2 damage dice)
3. Mention that the innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (Save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks).
4. Remove the escalating DCs from Extreme Stealth. Give the dragon expertise in Stealth (+6) rather than proficiency and advantage when it is in a favorable environment. Look at the Grimlock's Stone Camouflage for an example.
5. Remove the natural 20 house rule from the traits. Natural 20 always succeeding on an ability check belongs in a house rule rather than a stat block.
6. Master of Illusion mentions needing a perception check to spot the dragon after they have already spotted it.
7. Keep it to 1 cantrip at a time. Cantrips already scale with CR/level, and the dragon would have 2 damage dice for a cantrip.
8. Hit points should be 12d10 + 48.

This will make it close to a normal statblock, which should make it a little easier to run and fit more into how some 5e constructs like advantage work.

Thanks for the advice, Friend. I totally did not realize that CR on a monster was equivalent to level on a PC! Silly me. Also, thanks for pointing out the typo in the dragon's disguise ability. That would have made it super hard for anyone but me to run the monster.
What do you think of its power, though? You think it's a good monster or a potential for an un-fun encounter? And I am totally lost on how much XP to give on defeat. Any Ideas?
EDIT: You also brought up a word I meant to use in my description. "Innate" It was on the tip of my tongue! Thanks a million, your reply alone helps a lot!

For Master of Illusion, I would change this to an Intelligence (Investigation) check to see through its disguise. This would keep it in line with the rest of illusions in 5e.

You're welcome. What level is the party going to be, and how many PCs are there?
