Purple dragon-dragonus burrowus slitherus the last word I put down because they can shape shift into a serpentine form for getting into tight places better.
 

Assuming it is one of those critters created by a mad mage’s experiments, I think we had a Genus for that already. Take a look to see if you can find it. Then perhaps use that with “arborvipera”.
 




Hmmm...

It would be presumptuous to assume all the flora or fauna of a given plane are all interrelated. Does the entry describe what kind of tree it most resembles (other than the snakey parts)?

Bloodbag imp-batorian leakius infernious it’s the combat medic of bator. The blood-bag imp can be found in the 3.5 edition fiend folio if it helps.
