D&D 5E Picking a feat at 12 level

My 11th level lore Bard has + 9 on Constitution saving throws from resilient and +1 from ring of protection. Do I really need War Caster also? I mainly crowd control / buff / debuff from a distance sometimes on my steed., when it's safe and can get two Target's I'll move in with green flame blade. I do have dissonant Whispers And fear to provoke opportunity attacks

#1 are you losing concentration often?

I would not take both unless your are in melee a lot and self-buffing (eg paladins and hexblades). Like a good lore bard it sounds like you do your best to stay at range, so I would pass on War Caster. Assuming you have already maxed out your Cha, then I would go with Con +2 or a feat with your 12th level ASI.

Yup, this is the question. If you keep failing Concentration saves, get War Caster. Otherwise, it's overkill.

As a caster, you don't get the kind of powerhouse feats that martials do, but there are still some fun and effective options. Inspiring Leader is strong and very bard-y. Prodigy if you want more skills. Alert is a big one for casters. I'm a fan of Actor for Charisma classes, but you probably have your Cha maxed already. And there's always +2 Con/Dex if nothing appeals to you.

Well, even if War Caster would be the best choice from a purely mechanical PoV, what feat (or ASI) will help you best represent the character that you envision? Whatever it is? Take that.

If you are provoking OppAtt with those spells and using Warcaster then Booming Blade is better as you can provoke the attack and then use Booming Blade and get the bonus damage right away.

Warcaster helps with spell casting and hands free issues, if your DM isn’t strict about it then it means less.
