Yes? There's nothing about the refocus activity that demands you sit down and rest, so not having to do anything in particular means that the party can still keep moving as you do it.

Why do you respond as if we are in an argument?

I suggested a way of phrasing it that I believe is less prone to misunderstanding, compared to glossing over the requirement to still take the Refocus activity.

The other classes mention what's to be done while using the refocus activity and they all have something that would take the character's attention. The sorcerer specifically says you don't need to do anything in particular, so should be able to do something useful during that time. The rest could arguably be doing their thing while on the move but they'd be distracted. I think these descriptions in each class do indicate something quite similar to a rest.

The activity also has the concentrate trait but I don't think that has much in the way of mechanical implications at the moment.

Anyone found a Feat or something that lets you Learn another bloodline or class Focus Power ?

Many of the archetype (multiclassing) feats can give you a second focus power from another class. With the caveat that this may mean taking the "basic such-and-such" feat that gives you a level 1 or level 2 feat from the archetype class, and then picking one that is a focus power. In some cases, it's one of the archetype feats itself (like champion archetype's healing hands).

Sorcerer does not have a way to get two bloodlines.
