I'm glad they released some gameplay in addition to the cinematic. Blizzard does lovely cutscenes and trailers, but that doesn't tell you what the game will look like so much.
Blizzard does have some work to do to make up for the Blitzchung incident. It's all well and good to make an apology, but they do need to take action going forward.
One thing I'd love to see is a port of D1 to the Switch. Seems like it'd be a perfect fit. But it's probably not worth their time and money to go through the effort.
If they follow their common timelines. the recent issues will be distant in our memories before D4 finally comes out.
That assumes they don't continue spiraling and making own-goals...
Not so sure about that. They've had this in development for a while.
I'm talking about rushing something to Blizzcon, not to production.If they wanted to rush something out to cure the Immortal announcement (UGH!) they couldjust cobble together another expansion for D3 fairly easily.
You are probably right.Maybe! But I really think that this has more to do with the Activision/Blizzard issues than it does the China mess.
This has never stopped me from basesless internet speculation before, and it won't stop me now!Unless and until someone on the inside posts something, we will never know;
Probably right again.but we do know that it was (somewhat) surprising that they didn't have a demo last Blizzcon, and that was because of the two designs going on (the Dark Souls - style development).
