D&D 5E Dragon+ Issue 29: App only?

I got the notification for issue #29 of Dragon+ on my phone, but when I checked the D&D website is wasn't up. Does anyone know if it is still available online?

I'm not seeing Dragon+ #29 on the website, sometimes there's a delay though with the WotC website and the actually Dragon+ hosting. If you actually click the links for the Read More the redirect has the newest issue.

That app worked fine, it was just a timing thing. The app is available before the website. That's all.
