You can shove one person, move and attack another. And so on. They are just not the same as 4e at wills.
Many at-wills allowed affecting one and moving and affecting another so what?

The class with Twin strike was infact the one with the most at-wills that did that

Can you move in-between attacks with Twin Strike? Can you opt when using Twin Strike to use one of those attacks to grapple, shove or do something else?
different at wills allowed different things I have one at-will that lets me draw an axe and get one effect draw sword and get another and draw another and get still another some were very multi-function.

So the answer was no, which means Twin Strike is not like Extra Attack. Period.

Remember how you might just be using a shift to close the distance you are the ones defining samey its just your distinction some of the times you wont be moving between its two small of difference to consider different.... its samey.

Its just not the same ...same would be better of course
I disagree with that opinion. I think it's better to be able to choose to be able to move between attack, shove, grapple, etc. If you think being locked into two attacks is better than options, I can accept that, even if I don't agree.
