Depends on the show. Some reality TV is interesting, some is "I'm rich, look at me act stupid"

Maybe, there have been a lot of competition shows I've watched though (Like Forged in Fire or the Kid's Bake-Off challenge) where the competitors are not only highly skilled individuals, but willing to work together with their competition, because it is more about love of the art than the prize money. I always found those to be the best.

We trailed off mid-way through the... 5th season? Family life got busy so just haven't watched a lot of TV. Sad to hear they are having that issue though

Coincidentally, JD Smith has been on the show twice. Fabulous craftsman, but timed competition doesn't seem to be his thing.
