Nothing quite along those lines, but I've been continuing to work on a few caricatures for departing unit members. I've been doing this for the last couple of decades: generally a pencil sketch that's inked and then colored in with colored pencils. Depending on the style, it's then either "fake matted" on a piece of poster board with a caption below it and the comments/signatures of the other folks in the unit all around the "fake matte" and then framed; or there's an alphabetized list of squadron personnel around the borders of the caricature, which is then framed. I started doing this for people in my flight/squadron when I was active duty Air Force and it's continued on now that I'm a DoD civilian. And word's gotten out that I do these, so I've been "adopted" as the caricaturist for another squadron on my base and for my own front office, as well as for my own six-person branch and five-person "sister" shop.
I just finished one up last week of an Air Force General and will likely finish one for my AF immediate supervisor this weekend. Then I'll be starting one up for one of the front office admin executive officers.
