D&D 5E The Strongest Poisoner. New Tasha's Gish

Terrible action economy. You'd have to cast DB on turn 1 which prohibits anything else other than a cantrip. Next turn you can breath AND Fireball (quickened) but you're going to run out of juice fast.

Simply Fireballing and spamming a quickened cantrip is the way to do. The FB alone likely deals 28 damage (unlikely I make the save) halved for absorb elements, to 14 (plus an extra 14 damage if the Guardian is caught in the effect thanks to Warding Bond) and you can repeat it next turn to kill me dead.

Even with Absorb elements and the cantrip missing, it's 28 damage this turn.

Do I have to do this for you?
It's nothing new, I can use Lightining dragon's breath to absorb element and cast fireball. But, like I said. This character is themed, a gish and not the most powerful of all. This character at level 8 is much more threatening. And then yes, extremely powerful.

Pity it's only 4d20.

Seriously, as shown above instead of these ridiculous resource heavy 'builds' of yours, the simplest thing is the best.

Normal Sorcerer. Has fireball. Goes boom. Wins.
Do you want a super fireball?

Protector Aasimar Dragon Sorcerer level 6 with Elemental Afinity. Elemental adept feat

Quicken and Empower.

Action for Aasimar ratials (Extra damage equal your level).
Bonus action, Quickened Empowered Elemental Afinity Fireball.

It's 45 fire damage that ignores resistence.

Next turn, 45 damage + 19 Firebolt.

What's wrong with that? It's boring.

It's not 45 damage. You add your level and you add your charisma mod. So it's likely +10 to the damage at this level.

And you'll need Elemental Adept feat (to ignore fire resistance).

Empower spell increase the fireball damage.
If you create a level 4 spell slot with flexible casting.
So, It's 50 average damage that ignores fire resistence and cover.
No prebuff or anything. It's pure damage.

"Oh! I disagreed about it!! It's no sense."

Just swap Hypnotic Patter for Fear

Dude, that's not how these simulations go. You don't retcon after you see if someone fails a save to make the situation work better for you. Edit - and I see you changed it twice more. Demonstrating this isn't a simulation to you, it's just you declaring you win until you win. How boring. And weak.

The character has +0 on saving throw.
Quickened Hold Person could be too deadly.

You demonstrated you're not participating in a simulation or a conversation. You're just trying to jam an "I Win" button until it finally sticks, without actually going through with a simulation or conversation, despite previously entering into what appeared to be a social contract to do so and even telling him it was his turn multiple times. It's boring, and kinda weak.

Man, I don't know if you got it right, but we are facing a spellcaster with wis saving throw of +0 that simply removes all weapons from the enemy and still write "Kick me" on the back.
. (Hypnotic Pattern)
The enemy without a weapons and spellfocus has nothing to do, it's over.
I didn't aim to be the most powerful of all. Otherwise, it would cast dragon's breath and fireball. But thematic and fun, that's the goal.
For me it was fun so far, but the goal of the thread is not to defeat an enemy with +0 saving throw, but to be fun.

But this is the issue, and it's been repeatedly pointed out to you in your hundreds of alt accounts and aliases here and elsewhere by literally hundreds of different people:

Your rules knowledge (and rules interpretation) is not good.

You post these 'builds' to try and showcase how good you are at making them, but they dont work, and it's kind of lame. You dont really want to discuss them, digging your head in the sand when anyone points out that the rule you think works a certain way, doesnt.

For example In this thread, several people have pointed out to you how re-rolls work and you've just ignored that and kept on going.
