D&D 5E The Strongest Poisoner. New Tasha's Gish

You did not understand. Artificer is incapacited, 0 speed, charmed for 10 rounds.
I will repeat. 10 Rounds, 10 attempts to disarm him, with his ridiculous STR 10. (+0 mod).

You're at disadvantage to that attack roll (you're forgetting the Steel Guardian) and my Athletics is +3 so even presuming those rules are in effect it's going to take you the better part of 10 rounds to do so.

It's also likely to wake me up from my stupor seeing as you're shaking me around a lot.

But you can have the Sword and the Bow. Sadly for you you I'm carrying several tool kits (one for each of my tool proficiencies, of which I have 6 different tool proficiencies - thanks to Guild artisan background, artificer, specialised construction, and battle smith bonus tool proficiencies) and a spell component pouch, and even then, most of my spells dont need M components anyway (Firebolt, shield, cure wounds etc)

Steel Guardian disadvantage has only 5ft range, It's useless
To remove you to Hypnotic Pattern ,if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor
You must read rules. You can't cast spells without spellfocus.
You ignore the rules in your favor, any rational conversation with you is a waste of time.

Okay, that was the last one.

"Oh! I disagreed about it!! It's no sense."

Just swap Hypnotic Patter for Fear and you lose your weapons and spellfocus and damaging you don't remove fear.
Do you still think you have a chance to win?

I don't even need it, just Color Spray with Booming Blade 6d20 is enough to defeat you, and SG can't stop the sorcerer's advantage because it has only 5ft range (This is a joke?).

What exactly is the point of your "broken combination" if you just use colour spray...
I thought your character was a poisoner...

I literally have 6 different tool proficiencies and 6 different tool kits (my 'spell focuses').

You're rolling hot tonight if you're (somehow) disarming me of 8 things in 10 rounds, with disadvantage on each attack roll you make.

The spell ends for an affected creature if it takes any damage or if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor.

Yeah. Unless you're disarming me of several tool kits, a greatsword and a longbow (while a Steel Guardian hampers your efforts) very gently, its pretty reasonable to assume I'm being shaken around a fair bit.

The battlefield may be exploding and have an earthquake. If you don't take damage or someone takes a specific action to shake the creature, you are incapacited.
Please don't ignore the rules.

Why? It moves as normal, and parks itself next to you every turn.

You can either provoke an AoO from it by moving away on your turn, or wear the disadvantage to your attack roll.

It's not incapacitated. It's immune to being charmed.
