Good point, not too much in most instances. I guess I failed to think beyond my first impressions of the artwork and the liberal use of "credits" for prices, my bad. One can always adjust these oneself to fit NOW more than NEW. For me, I'm thinking that "Scanner" feels too sci-fi, and would need some modification for use in my near-current-day NOW setting. But otherwise, the rest of the ideas in this PDF can be easily customized by a clever GM. Need to find me one of those...

Change "scanner" to "sensorics", Credits to Dollars and ray damage to piercing damage.
Add rotors if you want some ;-)
