D&D 5E Building A Domain: Isle of Dread

As the title says.

The rough idea is to build an outpost or shipyard on the Isle of Dread.

In Savage Tide Farshore existed on an offshore Island. I'm thinking at the mouth of the river is another potential location.

Thoughts?

Not sure if you are looking to move Farshore or add another village. I recall that a lot of the villages were south of the bottleneck on the south of the main island. That area seemed to be defensible from the horrors on the island.

I'm trying to avoid the Imperialism aspects of settling that part.

Probably irrelevant anyway.
