Which begs the question: does Team Evil know V can’t teleport?
I'd hazard not- they never really saw what she could do outside of the Soul Splice incident, and she looked completely different then. Even if Xykon DOES recognize her, which is unlikely(Recloak didn't see her at all) he wouldn't know what spells came from the splice and which are her own.

Redcloak was the one who recognised that V was soul-spliced in the first place, and tipped Xykon off to it:

Oh, true enough! Still, I doubt he got a good grasp of what V can or can't do from the encounter, since there's always the possibility some of the splices had the same spells or just that some of them were V's instead of the splices- not like he could see who the souls were all that clearly I think. While I'm sure he could deduce V can't do the Epic Teleport now, that doesn't leave out the possibility of them having a normal one. But if he sees more of their spells he could figure out what her barred schools are fast I bet.
