Well, none of the "other domains" have a dark lord listed in the ToC. I don't think that's necessarily indicative that none of them have dark lords. After all, that is the point of Ravenloft. To create a domain around a dark lord and torture them with it.

From the released illustrations and the name of the realm, it looks like it's a single lightning rail. Basically, it sounds like it's going to be the terror train you can get on, but never leave....

I was curious to see if they kept Sithicus or not. I'm not really surprised or disappointed that they didn't. To me, without Soth, there wasn't much point to it.

Nice to see The Carnival. Also glad to see Jander Sunstar in the book :)
I could be wrong, but I don't think the domains listed are all of the domains, just the ones detail in this book. I could be wrong though.

EDIT: I just noticed the "Other Domains" entry. I am probably wrong then.
