We know per Ray Winninger that 3 major books are planned for the rest of this year. The first of these is Chris Perkin's "summer" adventure witchlight, the last of these is Amanda Hammon's Strixhaven: Cirrculum of Chaos. That leaves just one book, the middle one by James Wyatt to be revealed. Why revealnthe first and last out of order, leaving the middle one unrevealed my dear Dr. Watson? Elementary, you as they say save the best for last, the grand finale, it meant to be the book that generates the most excitement for the year. Hence why the D&D team revamped their Amazon page so that another accident leak won't ruin the spectical of their grand finally reveal. Its all being building towards tomorrow.
Unless they don't plan on talking about that book for a while, because they already tested everything. They revealed the Adventure, because it is time to start building up hype, and Strixhaven because they couldn't hide what they were doing with the UA. "Volo's Guide to Dragons" or whatever probably is fine for whenever they want to go there.

"Products" not "books"
He never said book
He could have also gotten the order wrong or that product could have been delayed (COVID or quality) or even cancelled

Good theory. I think it's possible that the reason is because the last book isn't a book at all... they aren't actually referred to as "books," but as "products." Now, I think because they still have a head designer, that means they aren't something small like the accessory kit, but it could be a new boxed set. It could be something good like the Essentials Kit (Chris Perkins was head there) or not like the Rick & Morty box (Kate Welch headed that).

I think it still could be a book, but it being a box would explain some of the inconsistencies, like why it presumably would be release soon after/before another book instead of a month gap like normal.

No, it's explicitly something they're going to announce on Friday that she kept referencing "look at the calendar" to remind him what it was.

So? That could still be the accessory kit, it's not technically announced yet. It could be on the calendar. I'm actually concerned that Tito not immediately recognizing what Shelly referred to means it's not a major product.

And none of that precludes a book being announced.

Ok, they didn't explicitly say, "Hey guys, we aren't releasing a new book big book like Wildemount again this year! So don't ask!" But like... who would ever make an announcement that they aren't making something?

It seems pretty clear from that video that there is not another jointly made CR/WotC book coming out this year.

Why is everyone calling Wild Beyond the Witchlight, the big Summer release? It comes out on Sept 21, the literal last day of Summer? And June, July and August are normally called the Summer months, so whatever this third book may be, it could be revealed tomorrow and have a release date of the same time as the D&D Live event. Then they could show it off and have the usual gaming groups trying it out live on the stream.
