50 questions too because I played MTG (and still but very very occasionally) before. The questions were almost the same for MTG and DnD (about 45% MTG questions, 45% DnD questions and 10% misc questions), as said before last questions were age and gender.

I got lots of questions about MTG (despite insisting my experience was minimal and dated back to the game's debut), and lots of questions about D&D (only asked my age at the very end).

I strongly support MTG even though I don't actually play and haven't in almost 30 years. MTG keeps my FLGS afloat.

The only statistically useful questions they asked about D&D are what classes and races I like the most.

I got two questions about Mtg and I said I didn’t play. A question about had I heard about the new crpgs. Lots of questions about how and when I started playing. If I had GMd then how much. Which editions. Would I recommend D&D and why, same for 5e. Did I think D&D was on the way up or not, and why, same for 5e. Ended with age question.

It wasn’t a D&D survey. It was a Wizards of the Coast survey.

It was also a D&D survey. I only got the one magic question about if I’ve ever played.

What I’m surprised about is how anyone can not think D&D and 5e is on the way up. Let alone go backward?

Recent changes to products, rules, or systems can easily be seen as a negative to some.

True. My FLGS doesn't stock D&D at all. To get D&D I need to buy from amazon, dive into the inner City or import directly.
