Book sales for Roll20, etc

So I'm running a 5e campaign online in addition to my Zweihander campaign, and I bought the 5e Monster Manual for $29. I never had bothered to get it or the GMG before because everything in their is available via Google Search. However, in Roll20 the MM is amazing.

Anyway, my question is this: how profitable are book sales within Roll20, DDB, etc?

I don't know that anyone here knows the answer to that question. We don't know what contract terms Rol20, D&DB, and others are operating under.
