Bonus maneuvers:

ClassArchetypeLevelFeature & Bonus Maneuvers
AdeptWarrior Monk11Ancestral Guidance: Gain two maneuvers from a particular tradition, until beginning of next long rest. So you effectively have two bonus maneuvers that you can change, but not if your rest is interrupted.
Marshal5One bonus maneuver from the Sanguine Knot tradition.
Ranger9Missile Volley or Whirlwind Strike. No exertion to use.
RangerWarden15Ride Enemy. No exertion to use.

That's all I've found, anyhow! I've added these notes to the Google sheet.

So Adepts, Heralds, and Rogues get 8 total. (With Adepts getting the highest level options)
Berserkers, Heralds, and Marshals get 11.
And then Fighters get 14.

Sort of like we've got "Half Casters" and "3/4 Casters" for Maneuvers off the bat.

I like it!
Yes, basically we could have had a unified Combat Maneuver progression, with full, 3/4 and 1/2 "maneuvrers", and streamlined it all.
With the proviso that one can learn a lower degree maneuver instead of a higher degree one.

Adepts top out at 10, not 8.
Fighters top out at 17.

But yes there are basically three bands.

Oh I just noticed something. Marshals' degree progression is mostly a step earlier than Berserkers and Rangers, but because they don't actually get a new maneuver known when that happens (and you can't trade up on gaining a level), it does them no good. Berserkers at 12th level have a similar thing compared to Rangers. So Rangers come out ahead in that trio after all, since they get one bonus maneuver that costs no exertion to use. And Warden Rangers get an additional bonus maneuver that also costs no exertion to use.

Go Rangers!

Also Marshals can enable other party members to use their known maneuvers via Commanding Presence. That's outside of this measure but a clear factor to consider if you're going for a maneuver-based character or party.
