So, part of this is drafting as a group for a game. So, do we have a party with decent synergy?

We have:
Judgement Demne of the Embereye, Leonin Paladin (Conquest) 4 [Urban Bounty Hunter] - Blue
Whispers Under Vines (Whisper), Tabaxi Ranger (Gloomstalker) 4 [Urban Bounty Hunter] - Fenris-77
Sampson Starkweather, Ranger 1 / Wizard (Transmuter) 3 [Folk Hero] - el-remmen
Håkan the Horrible, Trollborn (Half-Orc, reskinned) Fighter (Battlemaster) 4 [Pirate] - Mannahnin
Doc Ghoulliday, Reborn Warlock (Hexblade) 1 / Rogue (Phantom) 3, [Doomed Wastrel] - Snarf Zagyg
Hollywood, Wood Elf Druid (Circle of the Moon) 4 [Hermit] - akr71
Eridred Rubyeye, Mark of Warding Dwarf Abjuration Wizard 4 [Anthropologist] - Swarmkeeper

I think it works. We do have a preponderance towards melee, including the Wizard with Armor of Agythys and Gauntlets of Ogre Strength. Actually, we have two characters with AoA. Add in a PAM paladin and the Moon Druid with the Flametongue Scimitar for when not in beast form and we're very in-their-face.

EDIT: In the time it took to write that, both Snarf Snarf and CleverNickname ninja'd me about them as a whole party. :)
Yea, little light on the support maybe, but should do a ton of melee damage to cover for it. Looks like a fun party to me, and plenty of good RP hooks but nothing that screams "obvious party tension".

Don't be a hater just because the DM's character just happens to be better than yours in every possible way!

Every possible way?

Do you think that Sampson Starkweather can OUTDRINK Doc?

...I rest my case. Even with the DM's thumb on the scales, nothing can outdrink the Reborn. ;)
