If Nimzo's True Form's Desperate Attack always does critical damage, shouldn't the listed damage include the extra 4d10 damage? Doesn't that mean a critical hit does not actually do extra damage.

i.e. "Hit: 63 (10d10 + 8) force damage. This attack does not do extra damage on a critical hit."

Also, that's less damage than Multiattacking with two claw attacks, which does 82 (12d10+16). Shouldn't it do more like 80+ damage?

It's supposed to do effectively 16d10+8 damage. But I should reword it to make it more clear.

Redid Desperate attack. Just made it so that he rolls the Dice three times like a Balor does and effectively has an 18d10+8 attack.

A balor only does triple damage when it rolls a 20 though, Desperate Attack always does that damage when it hits.
So I don't see why 18d10 + 8 isn't listed as the Hit: damage with a declaration that a critical hit doesn't increase the damage, just the "hits regardless of any modifiers or the target’s AC" aspect of a crit.
