Dragonlance Dragonlance Shadow of the Dragon Queen shows up in the wild!

Tales and Chronicles

Jewel of the North, formerly know as vincegetorix
Neither does every cleric.

She has more slots for her spells than a warlock does.
I havent read the books since I was like 12 yo, so I dont remember the exact taly of her slots in them.

As for her class, I guess a hide armored life cleric with a magic staff could do the trick, but its a little conservative. Were we still in 4e, Id probably make her something closer to a protector invoker or whatevs.

In the books she uses less than 6 spells a day, because well, 1e Cleric.

Warlock is fine.

Other than the fact that she isn't a warlock and is a cleric, anyway. :)

That and the fact that she doesn't run around pew pewing things with eldritch blast, using pact magic of any sort, or using invocations. What she does in the books is much closer to cleric(probably because she's a cleric) than it is to warlock(probably because she's not a warlock).

I'm glad you are with me that refluffing is a terrible excuse against adding new character concepts to the game.

It's easy to make a Warlock (Celestial) that does everything that Goldmoon does and does not use Eldritch Blast.
