I wouldn't necessarily infer that. As far as I know, for the OAR, Goodman Games has a separate contract with WotC, so they might be unaffected (unless WotC ends the contract). It might mean less/no 5e products other than OAR, though.

OAR 7 and 8 are based on Judge's Guild. The deal probably ended a while ago. On the bright side, they can release those as PDFs.

I'm sure with the development time involved, and the fact that the last two announced OARs (going back to last spring) were Judges Guild, it's possible they knew in advance they wouldn't have access to more TSR material. Maybe the contract ended after Temple of Elemental Evil?
And if that's the case, maybe WotC had an idea they were going to roll out something like 1.1 early last year?

I'm glad they are. I've recently left behind a long-time prejudice for DCC and, after GMing 5 sessions, I can safely say I'm home. DCC has earned its place alongside Call of Cthulhu and OD&D as my go-to games.

Nope but WotC may not give more 5E or whatever contracts.
