Well, maybe, but I'm not sure what that has to do with this conversation, because I don't think that's Julia. And I'm pretty sure Roy knew that in the previous strip.

What makes you think that? To the contrary, they seem to be having some sibling banter the previous strip.

Last one: "Dad always seems to know when I'm alone."

This one: "I mean, you were there."
What's the connection between these two quotes? One's about a theory Roy has on how the Blood Oath works (which isn't even real as he made it up just to mess with her), and the second's about Julia being present in Roy's admission exam to Fighter School. How are these two even related?

Eh? I'm not seeing the connection here. The last strip was talking about Roy's current state of solitude in the strip (except for Bloodfeast). The second quote is talking about his audition years ago.

I mean that that's his father, pretending to be Julia. And Roy knows it, but is playing along with the attempt at deception.

Unlikely. Roy's father can't go two sentences without condescending to him, there's no way he'd be able to suppress that even for a deception. And this just feels like two siblings who are very familiar with each other, interacting in very familiar ways.
