D&D 5E Is the stun from Psychic Scream permanent if it is impossible to make the save?

Can an unconscious creature have the stunned condition?

I thought about using Feeblemind to reduce the creatures intelligence, but I don’t think that would remove the condition.

A superset of this question is discussed here:

Or even lower level - resistance. (Is there anything saying bless and resistance don't stack?)
They stack. So +2d4. Should be able to pull out of it under the treatment of a first level cleric with those spells. I believe there are some bards that can give you inspiration to increase your save attempt as well. And then of course a Paladin with the right aura will increase your saves.

Both Bless and Resistance are concentration spells, so you need 2 clerics to stack both buffs.

Still, unless you've rolled stats and gotten really unlucky, no PC should have less than a -1 save bonus, meaning you'll eventually roll a 23 on 1d20+1d4. Even Vecna's save DC is only 22.

Yeah but you are going to burn through a lot of bless spells before you land it.
Let's say you have a -2 to your saving throw and a DC of 20. You need to roll a 22. There are 80 different combinations of the d4 and d20. 6 of them work (20+2/3/4, 19+3/4, 18+4). 6 of 80 work (7.5%), and you get 10 chances per bless. You're more likely than not to have it work on one bless, 79% likely to get it in 2, and over 90% in 3.

Even if you have a -4 and need both the 20 and the 4, you'll likely get it within 5 bless spells.

And for those saying that you can just use resistance: This is nearly impossible. Because nearly nobody takes resistance. :p

Yeah really all you need is the Resistance cantrip OR a Bless spell that's true. And I forgot Resistance is concentration because every time I've used it it's either out of combat for for a save made that round.

Resistance is a much better cantrip than people seem to think. I take it on my Clerics and have it right now in a game. SO many times out of combat our rogue is doing something super-risky and I hit him with a Resistance in prep for him doing the wrong thing and needing to make a save. I let someone else hit him with a Guidance though he rarely needs a Guidance. His skills are great - it's trap he triggers because he never checked which gets him every time. Whether it's opening a chest or sneaking around, Resistance comes up more often than Guidance for that guy.
