D&D (2024) Martial vs Caster: Removing the "Magical Dependencies" of high level.

Every single part of the D&D multiverse is magic. The worlds are made of magic floating in magic crystal spheres attached to magical transitive planes and the mortals are all powered by magic souls and animas.
So how about all commoners can cast cantrips? Dogs can be trained to speak common, horses can be taught to fly? Are you ok with doing these things without spells because the world itself is magical?

All of these comparisons are not what the game is based on. There are so many variables in a battle. So, so many...

If you can't accept the fact that things should not be compared in isolation, when in fact, there are almost no examples of isolation in the game, then perhaps you should step back and look at bigger picture facsimiles.

So, "I woke up one night in a cold sweat, with a mysterious rune nearby and now I can use magic" is totally fine. Perfectly explained. It has a full narrative weight.

"I woke up one morning in a cold sweat, and the world seemed clearer and now I can cut the wind" is utter bollocks. Nothing is explained and it is completely without reason, and therefore it cannot be done.

And yet... I did basically the exact same thing. You just feel like you know the story of the mysterious rune, but since you aren't familiar with the correct literature, the world seeming to be more clear doesn't mean anything to you.
What literature would that be, that supports your explanation?

I like how WARHAMMER does fantasy.

The Emperor Karl Franz and all the Dwarves kings are just normal warriors of the elite of their race. They can't superjump nor parry spells. But due to their rank, diplomacy, and skill earn the right to weild artifact weapons.

Bretonnia's King is literally a Oath of the Ancients Paladin.

Tyrion is a badass elf due to being from a long lineage of badass elves. Like his brother Teclis and cousin Makekith, they are amazing by bloodlines.

Lizardmen were made epic.

Queek Headtaker is a genetic freak of just playing the numbers until you random high stats.

And Orcs just get bigger as they win fights.
Yeah, I like Warhammer's style too. Bonus for having very dangerous magic as well.

Physics are magic in D&D.
Again, make sure that's in the book. That's all I ask.

Dark Sun doesn't do those things. Many people having a psionic trick isn't all commoners using cantrips, dogs speaking common, and flying horses.
There are tons of naturally psionic critters in DS. You don't live long on Athas without going the extra step. Psionic dolphins are a thing.
