Those seem awkward. Better to come up with a new term I think.
To say "Human-Elf" seems equally awkward to "Fighter-Rogue" or "Paladin-Sorcerer".

"Human-Elf" is normal D&D nomenclature for a "multi".

Actually, it would be "Fighter/Rogue" and "Paladin/Sorcerer" with a slash.

I guess, to say "Drow Human/Elf" is fine.

By extension, maybe?

• Human/Drow-Elf
• Red-Dragonborn/Abyssal-Tiefling

I mean, the term used for irl hybrids is simply combining the names. The order of the combination depending on which parent is which species. Liger/Tigon. Grolar/Pizzly.

But I suspect that 'Helf/Elmen' and 'Horc/Ormen' might be offensive.
Hence an entirely new term. People aren't animals.

I have never seen the term "human-elf" used in a D&D context by anyone other than you.
