It is more multi-layered than I was doing on my own, GPT-4 (with the pre-sets I put into my profile) goes to a deeper level. Here is the prompt it generated from my natural language request...

The subject description has some influence but those two sections in gold will get you there. Remember with Bing you have a 380 character cap so that leaves you 243 characters for everything else. In the GPT-4 version of DALL*E, I haven't hit the limit yet with a prompt. My biggest prompt so far was 554 characters.

"Pukunui" means "large stomach" in Māori. It's the name of a children's book character.

Cool images, but I have no idea where they're coming from.

So, I fed your prompt into GPT-4/DALL-E and mine came out more a bit different, it also changed your prompt a bit...

CHANGED PROMPT: Digital art portraying an African-descent female elf ranger with curly streaky purple hair, a braided side cut, and donning a dark cloak, smooth leather riding boots, and black leather armor adorned with leafy woodland patterns. She sits majestically on a throne crafted from dark, twisted roots and shadows. The backdrop features a vast, moonlit forest populated with ancient, gnarled trees and shrouded in mysterious mists. The Art Nouveau influence is evident through intricate, flowing designs, smooth shading, and detailed linework.
Unfortunately it is 458 characters long... that will not work with Bing.

DALL-E likes it when you use "-descent" whenever you are calling out ethnicity. Definitely, you want to call out physical features and color choices tied to those features before describing clothes and gear and any colors associated with them. I get this from it...

Here is a modified prompt to bring out the Art Deco more prominently.

I asked for a prompt 380 characters or less. What it generated was crap. I rewrote it.

She is seated on a throne made of dark, twisted roots and shadows in a vast moonlit forest with ancient trees and mists. 357 Characters total.

I removed the boots from the prompt, the leather armor will take care of it and when you specify footwear DALL-E makes a big deal out of it and it doesn't always match the rest of the image... I chose to add the "influenced by Art Deco" to reinforce that aspect, it was way less deco-ee if you didn't. Sylvan helped with the designs.

I tried adding a few different shot angle prompts... Low angle shot, um well, it made a bunch of Basic Instinct like shots that were not ENWorld friendly... Eye level got the best results and this was the best of the bunch. I think this gets pretty close to my original design and is quite striking while staying under the 380 character cap...
