Strictly speaking, that's not true. The Oath of Glory was in Tasha's and is getting an update, but it also was a straight reprint from Theros so it didn't get a round of playtest during the Tasha era. But to your point; no subclass designed for Tasha's seems to be getting revised.
I'd caution that we may see some small tweaks to them. For example, since Monk is being revised to lower Discipline Point costs, the Warrior of Mercy should be included in that. But broadly, yes, as your list shows the TCE subclasses all seem to be exempt from full UA evaluation. Any changes will be small ones to integrate them into the updated base class, not large scale revisions.

He listed out what is in the next UA, and that the Fighter ain't part of it. They probably had planned to go with Rune Knight or Psi Warrior without further testing as rhe back-up from the start. None of the Tasha's promotions have been tested or changed, because they already have been.
Or maybe they read the forums, see support for a Cavalier + PDK combo, and decide to make a last minute attempt. 🤷‍♂️

And again. They can always fall back to Psi or Rune if they don't get high score. So it's not really a risk.

Might as well roll twice and take the better result.

I mean, in the poll the leaders are Psi Warrior and Rune Knight
