It was a Canva Preset - fitting perfectly for my retro.satanic panic propaganda needs

Well, with those dice especially! They look super cursed... D87? That would be bad enough, but that might be an infinity symbol beneath it, and that would blow crits out of the water...

Yeah, if a player comes with such dice to your table, you know what's up.
Will be fun to see, when the Image AIs don't do such errors anymore.

I was going for a retro pulp cover vibe.

Prompt: humanoid alien with blue skin, sci-fi special agent wearing leather armour, armed with laser pistols, alien world background, 1930's pulp magazine cover art

I then switched out the blue skin for red skin and Dall-E came up with these.


I tweaked the prompt even further by adding green skin with tentacle hair.

Oh, sorry, if I had known people were having issues with that I would have mentioned that trick weeks ago!

Yeah, a couple words describing the ground they are standing on:

marble slab
rocky outcropping
shag rug
and so on

have worked well for me. Not 100% of course, but really close.

Honestly, I probably should have asked considering how I had little luck with it.

My players saved a nomad princess and a boar piglet a while back. I generated a lot of images to make a Christmas card from them. A lot of them got blocked for inappropriate content. Though how am I responsible for how a horny AI interprets "female barbarian wearing furs and leather armor?"

Not only that, but prompts that were fine before, seem to not be fine now. I get why they would try and come down on the side of safety, but at the same time, it feels bad to be slammed with the sad dogs, or 'you cannot submit prompts' for something that was working fine previously.

Heheh, I've tried various standing on things before (including, for the Rocket power armour pics, standing on a ruined building) but at best I only got 50/50 -- perhaps since the ruined building part could be inferred through context (of other ruined bits around). But for a white floor (and marble slab) there ain't much that can show that without actually showing that...
