D&D General A Setting with Only Small Races/Species?

This idea popped into my head. Has anyone done a setting restricted to the small-sized races/species?
You know: gnomes, goblins, halflings, kobolds, imps, cherubs(? Is there a small humanoid celestial race? Helluva Boss used cherubs as the opposite of Imps), etc..
I'm just imagining your standard fantasy setting, but all civilization is scaled around one meter/yard max in height. It feels cozy.
Has there been a setting like this? Any obvious races I may have overlooked (NOT dwarves, they tend to hit the low end of medium-size)?

That's probably another level down.. Into Tiny.. Considering all the featured creatures are Squirrels, Rabbits, Frogs, Rats, Mice, etc..

A small races only game might be fun.. Maybe do it during the holidays and the PCs work for a particular, rotund, jovial, gift giving patron?

Small Humanoids/Goblinoids, specifically. Yes, Bloomburrow/Humblewood/Redwall would fit, if you're doing animal races.

Edit: as @Meech17 said, those are running on an even smaller scale than I'm envisioning. Wolves would be mounts, not kaiju, if you get what I'm saying.

I think even the 2014 PHB talks about Tieflings having humanoid origins right? Or am I making that up? You could be an elf, or a dwarf, or halfling turned tiefling?

Fairies are a small player species in 5e.

Small size vs tiny size really comes down to gameplay reasons of an assumed combat square and standard weapon size – the same reason that Goliaths and Orcs etc aren't large by default but have "oversized" species features to let them emulate large size without being large.

If you are playing a Bloomburrow campaign, I'd probably treat a Mouse as a small creature and an Otter or a Cat as a Medium creature.

I think that was a later addition/clarification made in Tome of Foes that's carrying over to 2024.

I ran a short (no pun intended) 2E campaign based in the Five Shires, but there were NPCs who weren't halflings whom the PCs came in contact with.

I'm a fan of the short races and I think there's a lot of charm to be had in such a campaign.
