What is the Deal With All the random Capitalization?

I find it is a useful indicator to not pay attention to the person.

I love it when we start new threads and think everyone else knows where and what you split the topic from. Almost as much as not writing out the name of the book the first time you want to start using abbreviations for it.

DM: Roll for a Knowledge check with Disadvantage to remember the last time this had happened to you.

Note, I had to roll for a Perception check before I came across the OP's link.

Never mind... I had just checked it on my desktop, and realized that the problem was in DMs Guild mobile website. Not only it does not contain Wotc's disclaimer, I entered an individual review about the product because its layout looks a LOT like the book description itself.
