D&D General What is this VTT missing?

I really like using Bag of Mapping VTT for my dnd games, but haven't seen many people mention it. I was curious if it's missing something that stops people from using it.

What's Bag of Mapping missing? Well, off the top of my head;

• Official content from multiple publishers
• Ability to use for any game system I want
• Ability to create and sell products
• It's web based, I want a system I control 100% from my computer, not on someone else's
• Token elevation
• automated combat resolution including effects
• dynamic line of sight
• dynamic lightning
• character sheets
• text chat
• text entry/shared text/stories
• pre-placed encounters
• treasure hoards/parcels/NPC inventory

some of those things I hadn't even considered as being used in a VTT. Thanks for the list! Do you use all those features? is it safe to assume its foundry you use?

I'd say Fantasy Grounds. Not a lot of licensed content at FVTT...

Some of this is going to turn on what they expect a VTT to do in the first place. I don't consider some of the mechanical support in the least necessary, but for other people its apparently a must-have.
