Strange thread behavior?

This thread appears to behave strangely. There are no replies, even though I was sure I had previously read some. Also, it seems "stuck" at the top of the thread list.

EDIT: I see now that it has a date in the future.

There was one before. The date of the thread is next week and nothing can be posted until then. Not sure why threads can be posted with a date of release into the future though.

EDIT: I should have read the EDIT.

I was busy all day yesterday and hadn’t been keeping up with the forums. I jumped on this morning and none of the threads are bold (indicating they have new, unread posts), despite them saying there were recent posts earlier this morning. I verified that I’m logged into my account 🤷🏻‍♂️. Something wonky is going on, me thinks.

Yeah, it's happened before when an article gets posted with a future timestamp. Somehow that messes with read/unread status of other threads, at least for some users.
Previously, fixing the timestamp on the bad thread had fixed the issues with other threads. This time, however, the jankiness with read/unread on other threads seems to be continuing. Not sure what's different this time.

Ah so it’s not just me! Whew! I thought I had done something by accident!

BTW this is only the case in the D&D forum. All other forums still display threads with unread posts correctly for me.

More temporal shenanigans on the board: I'm now seeing posts with a timestamp of "in a minute" or "in a moment." Apparently I'm seeing them before they're posted!
Clearly you're moving faster than the speed of light. Perhaps you're too busy lately? I suggest you take some time this weekend to slow down and smell the roses.

I ran into this one myself the other day. For a while it was showing up as the first new post on the list, but only while I was logged out and then it would disappear when I logged in. Don't know if that helps any when it come sto figuring out was was going on or if it just adds to the confusion.
