Mongoose Acquires Dark Conspiracy - Coming 2026!

Last week Mongoose Publishing acquired all rights to the Dark Conspiracy RPG, the classic game pitting players against an ancient and alien horror.

There will be a lot more news in due course, but we are delighted to say that Dark Conspiracy slides right into a project we have been working on and off for nearly two decades - indeed, it will be the final component needed to bring everything together.

Expect to see a brand new Dark Conspiracy in 2026.

At the time it seemed pretty implausible. The past is alien territory.

So.. Cadillacs and Dinosaurs when?

Miller can't sell that license by himself. Mongoose might be willing to throw enough money at Mark Schultz (or whoever owns the rights to the Xenozoic Tales IP) to get the rights to do an RPG - but, y'know, there's all that stuff in the real world headlines happening and just staying in business is likely to be a challenge.
