Hmm. from the phrasing, it sounds like it's reprinting the Wilderlands of High Fantasy as well, or maybe just the local area, along with all the supplemental CSIO stuff.

But "reprinting" might be the wrong description. I don't see any indication that the original material will be reprinted here, just the conversions.

If they've got time to put that page up, they have time to put out a short press release.

Specifically:

So make your decisions accordingly. Mine is pretty straightforward.
Well that makes this much easier to say no to! My wallet thanks you for sharing that info so I didn't even have to click through.

EDIT: And you know what? Shame on GG. They took such a strong stance on this previously, did everything right by Jennell Jaquays in the Dark Tower and Caverns of Thracia campaigns, and then do this? That's a real about-face, as far as I'm concerned. I'm honestly a bit baffled, and unless something comes out really changing who gets money from this license, that's going to leave a really bitter taste in my mouth after supporting them on those earlier campaigns.

I'm not going to judge (no pun intended) GG without hearing more details on what the terms of the licensing agreement are, but if the agreement includes sharing the proceeds from actual sales with that particular person, this is going to be a strong pass. Would be really disappointed in GG if that's the case.

Haven't all the previous "Original Adventures Reincarnated" products included the original material? All the ones I have do. I thought that was part of the brand.

The TSR ones do. Apparently Grimtooth's Traps does not. I don't own Dark Tower, so I don't know if it does and I don't think backers have seen the Caverns of Thracia PDfs yet.

That's interesting about Grimtooth's. I didn't know that. The Dark Tower definitely contains the original publication (I have it). According to the Amazon listings of both the 5E and DCC versions of Caverns of Thracia, those too contain the original publication. So, it would seem that only Grimtooth is the outlier.

I wonder if it's because Goodman has done a number of Grimtooth's books and felt that it had been done already. Still, weird to break with the OAR tradition.
