Legs.

Still feeling it from a week ago when I went over 500 on the leg press. Tweaked a hip flexor or something.

Bike
Hack Squat
Dead Lift
Squats
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Leg Press but only to 360.
Seat Horizontal Press (does more glutes).
Bike to cool down/stretch a bit.

Shoulder feels surprisingly good considering yesterday, I've added a new collagen supplement that may be working.

I failed to get motivated and get there last night, but got some other stuff accomplished at home that I had been procrastinating on, so I'm not beating myself up over it. Tomorrow night I should be able to go with my brother again.

On the positive side I'm feeling a little chest soreness (which I virtually never do), I guess from doubling up on it Monday. So that's cool.

Chest/Shoulder stuff.

Lots of heat coming off the shoulder right now. I think starting Monday I'm going to lower the weight on everything I'm doing by 1 plate size at the top end.

Weekend is looking...not great for working out will have to see how it goes.
