Learning to draw is incidental. Drawing (or sculpting, or painting, or whatever) is just a means of translating the image in your head into something visible to others
Then learning it should be trivial and you don't need an arcane and complex piece of software trained on exabytes of pirated material and running on costly state of the art gpu clusters while spending tons of electricity and water for every art piece, right?/s n_n

More seriously this idea of yours doesn't contradict the parts I mentioned about learning to see being so important and that art production is a process that flows outwards from the mind.
