RPG Buzzwords that have effectively lost their meaning due to poor over-use

I don’t think 12d8 is jargon. Its notation are expressions like 12’6” and 14t and 12:37 also jargon? That’s a serious question, by the way, since it’s never occurred to me that they could or should be considered as such. If we go to the instant replay Venn diagrams, is notation subsumed within jargon, overlapping it, or an independent realm? This is me willing to learn.
 

"Vancian" to describe any magic system that puts a limit on how different many spells one can use (I prefer "Zelaznian" anyways).

"Gygaxian" too, since over the years, Gary contradicted himself enough times that almost no-one can even say what Gygaxian even is (outside of Gygaxian Prose).

"Natural language" makes my eye twitch as well, if it counts.
 

Natural language doesn’t count because your twitching eye isn’t jargon unless it verbalizes. (Quality misreadings an artform.)
