The way Backerkit is set up is as follows:

1) I sign a bunch of paperwork proving I have bank accounts and a product I'm seeking to fund.
2) I agree to terms and conditions based on the Stripe payment service and give them my banking info.
3) I build the backerkit campaign, piece by piece, according to their mandates.
4) I submit for a review, which takes a week.
5) I get approved for launch.
6) I launch.
7) I spend a month doing the crowdfunding campaign.
8) 3 days before the campaign ends, they send me alerts telling me I now have access to the pledge-manager system.
9) I have to do the entire initial 3 steps over, again, through the Pledge Manager system.
10) ONLY AFTER THE CAMPAIGN ENDS they accept all the documents for review.
11) I have to wait for 2 days for the review to complete and Backerkit to send out the surveys I wrote before they reviewed the process in the first place.

... did I mention I'm going to exclusively do Kickstarter in the future?

The way Backerkit is set up is as follows:

Yeeeah... I'm less certain.

There are no add-ons for this Backerkit. They include pledge questions to attach add ons automatically. Including physical add ons.

I am so annoyed.

I deleted the add-ons questions. Again. We'll see if things move faster. Once their review is done I'll do the "Smoke Test" where it sends surveys to 5% of people who have pledged. Once they've responded, it'll allow me to do the full send.
