Do these folks not have an editor? So many errors, it's embarrassing.
Yeah, that was my thought as well- it had so many weird turns of phrase or errors that I started wondering if it was generated via text to speech or something. But as THEMNGMNT said, I bet the economics of running a web site don't really allow for that.

In the context of the interview, the point being made was that they were trying to provide some thematic variety, so while Coromyr would be cool, the designers thought it would be too physically and thematically close to the Dalelands.
Having grown up with the old Gold Box games, I have a soft-spot for the Dalelands and Moonsea. I'd enjoy a Cormyr book, but I'm used to them being more of an offscreen Good Guy kingdom that was squeezing the Dales from one side while the Zhents were an Evil Theocracy squeezing them from the other direction.

As someone with a DMsGuild Cormyr adventure for Tier 1 PCs going through edits and a corresponding gazetteer to go along with it, I’m happy to hear the Dalelands section of the new book doesn’t cover the Forest Kingdom in great detail. I’m curious how much attention Myth Drannor gets in the new book though!
