D&D 3.x 3.0 third party books

Like a sentient candelabra would (to invoke Lumiere again) be able to do something like burning hands X number of times per day, whereas a sentient couch could let someone rest on it to recover twice as many hit points per night, etc. It's an issue of having to effectively build a new race every time...which is only to be expected. I just want to find that someone else has already done all the work involved.

Given how much stuff is out there, I'm holding out hope that such rules already exist for 3.X/PF1/d20 Modern, and that I just haven't heard about them yet.
Option 1: You could build a the construct as a construct (using PF1 or maybe Deep Magic), and then use "LifeSpark Construct" (CR+0) from Advanced Bestiary (PF1); and then use its CR as it's ECL, PF1 style.
Option 2: Build it with Eclipse, as you probably already do.
Option 3: Build it with Upper Krust's Challenging Challenge Ratings v5.

Oh, I know that there are many ways I could make such characters myself. I was just hoping that someone else had already done so. ;)

Oh. I thought you were asking for what the options were for making it. I figured #1 may be of use to you, while #2 and 3 probably useful to others. lol

Magical Mediaeval Society: Western Europe is one of my favourite third-party books, taking a thorough dive into actual mediaeval society (and not just Western-styled fantasy settings), urban demographics and even how magical items might factor into feudal inheritance and land management. Monte Cook once described it as a book so good, he wished he'd written it himself.

Expeditious Retreat Press later did follow-up books about fantasy ecology and the Silk Road, and MMS itself had three editions, the later of which included additional chapters on authentic place names and military logistics.

AEG's Mercenaries was basically a PHB II for 3.0.
Green Ronin's Psychic's Handbook, if you wanted that in your campaigns.
Yes, there is some fun stuff in AEG's Mercenaries. I have a couple of NPCs in my campaign who used prestige classes from that and one barbarian PC converted from 1E with one of the prestige classes.

I use the Psychic's Handbook as a replacement for psionics in my recently started T20/D20 future campaign. And as mentioned above, you get the Psychic's Handbook in the Green Ronin 3rd Era bundle.
