Probably the Red dragon Hero/God Tchazzar in Chessenthia, in the Old Empire region: nothing about Egyptian or Sunerian stuff there, interessucceeded.

Tchazzar lived as an apparent Human for a long time to make himself a sort of Alexander the Great or Julius Ceasar legend and achieve godhood...and succeded.

Thay is the ominous red Wizards tower across the water from the volcano dragon...so, yeah, Red Wizards.

I wouldn't read too much into that, this not meant to be a detailed useful map, more just an artistic representation. We know Mulhorand and Unther are still there.
