So, if spoiler tags don't work on all devices correctly, should it just be disabled then with the caveat of read at your own risk?
Um. No.So, if spoiler tags don't work on all devices correctly, should it just be disabled then with the caveat of read at your own risk?
so two threads for each show, one without spoilers and the other just for spoilers?Um. No.
That would allow everyone to still participate without having to worry about whether they’re going to be spoiled (or spoil others). It’s not like we haven’t had multiple threads about the same subject before.so two threads for each show, one without spoilers and the other just for spoilers?
Also, we use spoiler tags in Iron DM tournament judgements to conceal the outcomes of judgements from premature revelation (since we also use @-summons). We also encourage spectators to use them when commenting on ongoing matches so that the judges can approach each entry with fresh eyes.I would say no. Even if we have multiple threads per show or film, there are other uses for the spoiler tag. Sometimes when discussing an issue or topic related to RPG mechanics, rules, or scenarios, referencing a current book, show, or movie can contribute to the discussion. In such a case the spoiler tag would be useful. Spoiler-worthy material sometimes arises in other contexts. I would hope that technology that does not work with spoiler tags would one day be updated to do so.

That how we’ve been doing it here for years. It works just fine.so two threads for each show, one without spoilers and the other just for spoilers?
