So, Lord Soth's Ravenloft tenure is probably officially 'decanonized', judging from the screenshot of the entry.
Fair enough, based on the page previews this is not that at all.:Understood, but it would be hard for me not to buy a Baby's First Counting book if it was filled with TSR era art.
Having reviewed the preview pages, confirmed to include at minimum Dragonlance, Eberron, and the Forgotten Realms. Probably Grehhawk, considering how much thst is in the DMG this is co-marketing with.“For the first time ever in an official title, Wizards of the Coast has brought together more than half a dozen of its legendary settings”
let’s see if that includes Dark Sun… more fuel for the Season of Champions fire![]()

The Dragoneel and Nevermind Gnome at first glance look a bit 2E to me, I think the Neoginart is from Volo's Guide but I don't know if that was original to 2016 or a reuse similar toy he Modron in the 2014 MM.Interesting. Some of that art clearly goes back to the 3E era, but I don't recognize anything from the TSR era.
The counting and ABCs D&D books are my now-regular gifts to friends with newbornsNow I feel obliged to point out that there is, in fact, an official D&D first counting book (titled The 123s of D&D).
