I sort of agree. I think it’s being exacerbated by the slow release of strips. I understand the challenges the creator has, but the slow drip makes fights like this feel three times as long.I confess I'm finding the return of the Linear Guild a slog. I've never been particularly fond of Nale & co., but this close to the endgame I find them particularly irritating.
what challenges? I have noticed the slower release and hope its not too bad for them?I sort of agree. I think it’s being exacerbated by the slow release of strips. I understand the challenges the creator has, but the slow drip makes fights like this feel three times as long.
I don’t know the details, because he hasn’t been specific (last I heard), but there is some medical issues that make it difficult for him to work. Granted, it was years ago he talked about this, and I’m just assuming it’s still the case.what challenges? I have noticed the slower release and hope its not too bad for them?
The slow release probably plays some part in it, but to me it's more that I felt Nale story had a fulfilling conclusion, and now this feels like the beating of the proverbial horse. I had the same reaction at the end of Season 3 of Invincible, when they showed a preview of Season 4 and some returning characters which I thought (hoped?) we were over with.I sort of agree. I know back in 2012 he severely injured the thumb of his drawing hand on a shard of broken glass. It cut tendons IIRC, and he needed surgery and was unable to draw for months. The first comic he did when he came back was a recap since it had been so long, and there is a reference to his injury there:I don’t know the details, because he hasn’t been specific (last I heard), but there is some medical issues that make it difficult for him to work. Ah…maybe my information is out of date, and that’s no longer a factor. I appreciate the further knowledge!I know back in 2012 he severely injured the thumb of his drawing hand on a shard of broken glass.
