Unfortunately you're wrong in this one. As the wizard knows that he has to fight with no equipment he simply takes Eschew Materials to cast all those spells with inexpensive material components. Moreover he takes Spell Mastery several times as he knows that he won't have access to his spellbook...

@ Pendragon Unfortunately they've got an above average Strenght score and the Ray of Enfeeblement has to penetrate their SR which is very high and it is unlikely that the lvl 8 wiz rolls routinely more than a 17. Even an empowered Version will not automatically disable them.

The problem is, that free actions (wingover) are allowed in conjunction with a full round action(charge) while at the same time all movement (wingover) except a 5 ft step is disallowed. What's right? Does the free action take precedence over the movement or is it the reverse?
