Bugbear + Executioner axe = [2d6] Brutal 2 .... thats 6-12 Damage. Seems like it leans a bit towards broken if you ask me. Anyone else have an opinion?

Ok, question : Are there any items/feats that let me shift after i take an OA. Cuz it would be pretty nasty if i force a big baddy to stop movement and i'm the only one in range for him to attack. Of course, i know i could just not attack with that power, but wheres the fun in that :P
