if you have the craft construct feat it takes one day per 1 000 GP to enchant the construct.
But how much time takes the creation prior to that? Do I really use the Craft Skill rules??? It would take ages!

You're right, it's CR 16. Original one is 9... I have added 14 HD (for every 2 HD added the CR is raised by 1...) --> CR 16.
